These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Eyemouth AB, VAT SE5594110156 at www.idigdenim.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.idigdenim.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
1. IN GENERAL
The Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Distance Contract Act applies to all orders made through Eyemouth AB. We only accept orders from those who are aged over 18 years or have consent from parents or guardian. ”Customer” refers to a physical person.
2. SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER
You can submit your order of I dig denim’s products via our eShop or via email: order@idigdenim.com. You will receive an order confirmation email after you have submitted your order.
You are bound by your order from I dig denim’s webshop once the order has been submitted and confirmed on the website and via email. Once your order has been placed and you’ve received a confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there’s any mistake in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact I dig denim customer service immediately via order@idigdenim.com.
I dig denim reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason and we also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old or have consent from parents or guardian.
If an item goes out of stock while ordering we will contact you as soon as possible. When the item is back in stock we’ll send it to you if agreed to. You are able to cancel items that are out of stock by contacting our customer service via order@idigdenim.com.
3. PRICING
All prices and Swedish VAT (currently 25%), are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK). If, for any reason beyond our control the rate of VAT increases or any other price changes occur, we reserve the right to add any increase to the final bill.
The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges, possible C.O.D. charges, billing charges or customs duty. Please note, that the recipient of any product shipped to a country where import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by local customs or other authorities, will be added.
Countries and business not subject to VAT, are exceptions and will be invoiced accordingly. Companies within the EU must enter their VAT number to ensure VAT deduction. A private individual in the EU pays Swedish VAT (25%), a private individual outside the EU do not pay VAT.
4. PAYMENT
Card payment we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. The card payment is made via Klarna, Stripe or Paypal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Invoice (Klarna) As a resident in Sweden you have the opportunity to pay by invoice, through our partner Klarna. An extra fee of 29 SEK is added when you pay by invoice. We only accept orders from those who are aged over 18 years, has a Swedish social security number, no records for payment default, no previous unpaid claims at Klarna, and when ordering you must use the address where you’re registered. We’ll ask you to state the invoice number when you make your payment. If your payment is late or is left unpaid, a penalty interest on arrears of 9% will be added to your invoice.

Account (Klarna) You can split your payment into installments. You can decide how much of the total amount of the final bill you would like to pay each month. Also, all your purchases are gathered in one invoice. An extra fee of 29 SEK is added for this service.

5. DELIVERY DELAY
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery only can be dispatched partially due to the goods not being in stock we will contact you as quickly as possible. We will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching your order. If a delivery suffers an extensive delay (7 days or more) you are given the option to cancel your order.
There may occur situations that are out of our control and for some reason makes it impossible for us to fulfill an order, as for example if our suppliers cannot fulfill their obligations towards us. I dig denim reserves the right to not compensate customers during such circumstances or if it would have an effect on delivery times.
Important! I dig denim cannot be held liable if the mail service or courier companies lose packages.
6. SHIPPING FEES
Please note! Customs duties are not included in the delivery cost. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and possible taxes you will have to pay as these charges are decided by your local customs.

Scandinavia/EU: 120SEK
Outside EU in Europe: 200SEK
Rest of the world: 360SEK
There are no custom duties on orders within the EU.
7. WARRANTY
I dig denim is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Your order confirmation that you receive after placing your order is your warranty certificate. Always save your order confirmation.
8. RETURNS
I dig denim applies the Swedish Distance Contract Act. It means that you as a customer have the possibility to return your products within 14 days after you have received the item(s). The product(s) you return must be in perfect condition, and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in their original packaging and with their original labels and tags attached.
Freight cost for your return is;
Sweden: 69SEK
Scandinavia/EU: 150SEK
Outside EU/ Europe: 220SEK
Rest of the world: 360SEK
This will be deducted from your refund or invoiced if you don’t have a refund.
For customers outside the EU, please contact us at order@idigdenim.com for further information on how to make your return, as you may need a trade invoice from us first. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid return label and the carrier indicated on the label. If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to refund your order. Please also note that I dig denim will not be responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages when return orders haven’t been sent with our prepaid return label and through our selected carrier. As a customer you are responsible for the parcel til it has been received at our warehouse.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

9. COMPLAINTS
The Swedish Consumer Sales Act applies to claims and complaints of I dig denim’s products. Hence, we change damaged or defect items without an extra fee of charge. Have in mind to not redeem a package from the post office that has visible defects, it may have affected the condition of your ordered items. If that’s the case, make a complaint to the post office immediately and ask them to return the package to I dig denim, with the reason for the return written on the package. Then drop us an email at order@idigdenim.se, to inform about the complaint.
10. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
You will have to pay shipping costs and possible C.O.D. costs for uncollected packages. DHL will notify your delivery to your e-mail and via text message if you state your mobile number in the ordering form.
Swedish customers: The post offices have shortened their time for keeping uncollected packages to 14 days. You will be charged a fee, currently 250 SEK, for your uncollected packages. The fee will be debited in arrears. If you do not pay the fee your debt is forwarded to a collection of debts services. No exceptions are made.
11. SAFETY
We will under no circumstances disclose any personal information without your consent. This also applies to email addresses
12. RESERVATION
Eyemouth AB cannot be held responsible for fault in content and pricing on the webpage.
13. PRIVACY
I dig denim AB is responsible for ensuring that the personal information provided in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. By accepting the Terms, you consent to your data being saved, to be able to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable updating of your order status and for sending offers from I dig denim. As a customer, you can view the saved data, change it or request deletion. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time.
14. COOKIES
According to the Electronic Communication Act which entered into force on the 25th of July, 2003, everyone who enters a website should be informed that cookies are being used. When you visit this website cookies (small files of letters and numbers) will be downloaded onto your computer or mobile or any other handheld device. These cookies are so called session cookies that will be used to keep track of your log in details (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart. Session cookies won’t be stored on your computer or mobile or any other handheld device for a long time, and will disappear when you close your browser.
