Order confirmation

You will receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation to your inbox within this timeframe, we recommend checking your junk mail folder, as the confirmation may have been sent there in error. If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 24 hoursand it didn’t end up among your junk mail folder, please contact us, we’d be happy to help!

Here are some things you may want to check before contacting us:

  • Check your bank or Klarna account to confirm that the payment has been completed.
  • If you selected direct payment, check to see if you have received an email from Klarna confirming your payment.

Change order

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to an order after it has been placed. Our employees in the warehouse are super-fast and once you place an order, they have usually already sent it within 24 hours.

Delivery time and costs

I dig denim delivers to all countries worldwide! We always aim to ship orders within one day of the order being placed. However, shipping confirmations may sometimes take 1-2 additional days. These possible delays may be caused by the freight companies we work with or, on occasion, an unusually high volume of orders at our warehouse.

Courier

We ship our orders with Post Nord for Sweden and UPS internationally.

Shipping fees

Please note! Customs duties are not included in the delivery cost. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and possible taxes you will have to pay as these charges are decided by your local customs.

Shipping fees:

Sweden: Free on all orders over 70€ otherwise shipping costs 5€

Scandinavia/EU: Free on all orders over 300€ otherwise shipping costs 11€

Outside EU in Europe: Free on all orders over 300€ otherwise shipping costs 20€

Rest of the world: Free on all orders over 400€ otherwise shipping costs 37€

Track your order

Once your package has shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link

where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address.

Please note that your tracking information should arrive approximately 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. If you’re waiting for a tracking number, remember to check your spam folder as emails are sometimes may be sent to spam. If a few days have passed and you still haven’t received your tracking information, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help you track your package.

Customs and import duties

Orders to Norway, the EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland), and the Schengen countries are duty-free. For international orders, customs duties and handling fees may be incurred and we recommend international customers be prepared for that possibility. We have no control over these fees and do not know how much the costs will be. If you have further questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Uncollected packages

You will have to pay shipping costs and possible C.O.D. costs for uncollected packages. The courier will notify your delivery to your e-mail and via text message if you state your mobile number in the ordering form.

Swedish customers: The post offices will keep uncollected packages in 14 days. You will be charged a fee, currently 250 SEK, for your uncollected packages. The fee will be debited in arrears. If you do not pay the fee your debt is forwarded to a collection of debts services. No exceptions are made
